Please no Uncle Larry's or Aunt Sue's with their cameras. I know how exciting your wedding day can be, and I don't want you to worry about me missing any of your precious moments. Honestly, having a #unplugged wedding is the way to go because it guarantees that you won't have any cell phones photobombing your pictures. 

 

Overtime

Sometime we get carried away, I totally understand! The party may last longer than planned or you may want special getting ready shots before you walk down the isle. Last minute changes happen, and that's okay. However, additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services (such as, but not limited to, full redo of design, day of wedding extension of time, services outside of scope of agreement, management of non wedding day activities, etc) are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $275 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Oh no, you had to cancel you wedding! If your wedding is canceled for any reason, no portion of the fees paid(retainer) to HollyJ Photography will be returned. If your wedding is canceled less than 6 months before date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available, but may require additional compensation to match current pricing.

What are bridals? 

Bridals are sometimes referred to as formals! It is basically a shoot on a day other than the day of the wedding of the bride, or both the bride and the groom in their wedding attire. Bridals are a great way to make sure you get amazing shots all dressed up at an amazing location with the best lighting!

Online gallery

 PRINTS, PRINTS, PRINTS!!! I highly recommend that you order from me. If you order prints from Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. then you run the chance of your images losing their true color and quality. 

The images will be displayed in an online gallery. The online gallery will be available for 3 weeks. If you wish to order prints, then ordering should be completed in that time frame. If you would like to re-publish your gallery, there will be a $100 fee for an additional 3 weeks.

Albums 

HollyJ Photography will contact you to arrange a personal previewing and ordering session at a time and date convenient to you. Payment for all printed products are due when ordering your album. Once payment is received, orders are placed. Your final printed order will be delivered approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your previewing session.

Destination weddings & elopements?

Of course I do! I love to travel and want to branch out more by traveling to different destinations. If you are wanting to book a destination wedding with me then here are a few things you should know. For all weddings deemed as destination (taking place beyond 125 miles from home location), additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare, hotel stay for 2 nights (day before wedding + wedding day)  pending complexity, and car rentals from airport and back during the stay.

 Hotel accommodations are required within 10 – 15 miles of site in a safe location. 

All travel can be arranged by clients per specifications of photographer or arranged by photographer with agreement of payment invoiced.
